"Still Waiting for a Proper Apology"
I ran into a small issue and, to be fair, support did get back to me quickly. I appreciated the fast response, but I expected a proper apology for the inconvenience too. It wasn’t a huge problem, but a little acknowledgment would have gone a long way.

"Pretty straightforward"
I liked that the subscription details were easy to find and everything was laid out clearly. No surprises or weird hidden stuff, which I really appreciate

"Good Overall, but the Slides Could Get a Bit Messy"
Overall, I had a decent experience, but I did notice that the slides would get a little messy sometimes. It wasn’t necessarily a huge problem or something that completely ruined anything for me, but there were moments where the layout felt kind of cluttered or hard to follow. I think with a bit more organization and cleaner formatting, it would have been much easier to stay focused and understand everything at a glance.

"Pretty useful for quick decks, even on the free plan"
I’ve been using Gamma on the free plan for a little while now — or maybe it’s only been a couple weeks, I’ve lost track, and it’s been enough for the small things I need. The credit limit can feel a bit tight if you’re making a bunch of decks, but it’s straightforward and I never felt like they were trying to hide anything. For testing out ideas and throwing together quick presentations, it works really well. I also liked that I could actually use it properly before deciding whether to pay

"Good for quick drafts but not polished"
Gamma was easy to get started with and I liked how fast I could make something. But the website and microsite results felt a little generic to me. Some of the spacing looked weird on mobile and if I wanted to tweak small details it got annoying quickly. It’s fine if you need a quick draft but I wouldn’t use it for something that needs to look really polished

"Still Not Sure When Things Went Off Track"
I used it for a while, honestly I can’t remember if it was over a few days or a couple weeks—but I kept noticing that the facts were wrong often. At first I thought maybe I was misreading something or mixing up when I checked it, but after going back and looking again, there were definitely multiple errors. It made it hard to trust, especially when I needed accurate info.

"Gamma has been decent when I just…"
Gamma has been decent when I just need to throw together quick slides, and I can see why people like it for that. But once I tried using it for simple data visuals, it felt a lot more limited than I expected. Adjusting labels, colors, and spacing was kind of a hassle, and the charts didn’t look very polished when I exported them. I’m curious if other people have found a workaround, because for basic presentations it’s fine, but I wouldn’t rely on it for anything that needs proper data visualization.

"Sharing edits with my team got messy"
I was trying to share edits with my team, it got way more confusing than it needed to be. Stuff wasn’t always clear, and we ended up going back and forth more than expected. Come on now, sharing updates should feel simple, not like another task to manage.

"Makes slide-making a lot less stressful"
I was a little unsure at first, but this helped me put slides together way faster than I normally would. It doesn’t get everything perfect every single time, so I still like to double-check and tweak things myself, but it takes care of so much of the boring work. Definitely makes the whole process feel less overwhelming.

"PDF export is decent, but could be better"
A friend recommended this to me, and overall it’s been useful. The PDF export does work, but I noticed a few slides looked a little off after downloading, so it’s not quite perfect...

"The onboarding was clear overall, though I…"
The onboarding was clear overall, though I did need a bit of time to figure out all the tools. Once I got more familiar with everything, it felt easy enough to use.

"Good for Drafts, but the PowerPoint Export Confused Me"
I really like putting slides together in Gamma, but I’m a bit confused by how rough the PowerPoint export is. When I opened the deck in PPT, a bunch of things had shifted around, some fonts looked different, and a few images weren’t lined up the way they were in Gamma. I ended up having to fix almost every slide before I could send it out. It’s fine if I’m just using it for a draft, but I wouldn’t rely on it for anything final yet.
"Plenty to Choose From"
There were actually lots of choices, which made it easy to find something I liked. I appreciated having so many options.

"Nice-looking, but sharing felt frustrating"
Gamma definitely looks polished and makes it easy to create something that feels modern, but I ran into issues when trying to share it. The publishing settings were a bit confusing, and some links didn’t work the way I expected. I also felt like I needed more control without having to upgrade right away. For the price, I wish the basic sharing options were a little smoother and less limited.

"I tried gamma to put together a quick…"
I tried gamma to put together a quick presentation, it was easy to get the hang of. I didn’t have to spend forever figuring out where everything was, most of it is just click, edit, and move on. The layout feels clean and straightforward, which I really appreciated. I’m giving it 4 stars because a few things were a little confusing at first, especially when I was trying to adjust certain sections exactly how I wanted them. But overall, it saved me a lot of time and worked well for what I needed.

"Gamma is Weirdly Smooth"
Gamma loaded so fast for me I almost got suspicious. The slides opened up super smoothly, like way smoother than I expected. There was one moment where the images took a bit to load and I was briefly convinced everything was falling apart, but it passed. Overall, it’s been solid and definitely good enough for what I needed.

"Maybe it’s just me, but the AI slides didn’t really land"
I tried using Gamma to throw together a quick presentation, and maybe it’s just me, but the AI output felt a little underwhelming. Some of the slides looked nice visually, but the wording was off in a bunch of places and I ended up having to fix quite a bit. It wasn’t awful or anything, just didn’t save me as much time as I was hoping

"Really helpful for getting slides done faster"
This saves me a good amount of time when I’m putting slides together, which I really appreciate, but every now and then the spacing comes out a little off and I have to go in and fix it manually, so it’s not totally hands-off but still useful overall.

"Fair price and a real time-saver"
I’ve been using Gamma.app for making decks, it’s been worth it for me. The price feels reasonable, especially considering how much time it saves. I don’t think tools need to be perfect, but if something is fairly priced and makes your work easier without a bunch of hassle, that deserves some credit. No major complaints so far...

"Quick and easy"
Changed my slides fast and didn’t have to fight the editor at all. Smooth
